The Anthropocene is a geological epoch that delineates the period of time during which humans have started having a significant impact on Earth’s environment and ecosystems.

The first two tracks of this EP were originally written for a film by director Karim Shaaban about the evolving relationship between humans and cities. I decided to push the concept further to create a musical offering that could stand on its own. The direction our world is heading in is always on my mind so it was inevitable that some of my reflections would eventually end up in musical form.
